 2. Image > Adjustments > Invert.  Cntrl + I
 3. simply open the Hue/Adjustments panel. At the bottom of the panel, check the Colorize box.
4.Layer > New Fill Layer > Gradient or Gradient tool

2. Select the Background color
3. You can add one more color again Image > Canvas size

2. Rounded rectangle tool, make sure Path is selected and Radius 100px
3. Paths (windows pasth) load path as selection from ... round
4. select > Inverse
5. select > fill with foreground color

    Turn the dial to Effects > selective color > select the up button
   (dont like then delete) You can select up to 3 colors.
